Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for ApplyKit subscription payments.

1. General Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once premium services (AI tailoring, ATS score, missing keywords) have been used during the billing cycle.

2. Case-by-Case Review

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your circumstances justify a refund, please contact support within 7 days of the charge with a clear explanation.

3. Failed Payments & Duplicate Charges

  • Failed payments that result in service not being activated will be refunded in full.
  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period will be reviewed and refunded where applicable.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to Pro features remains until the end of the current paid period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@applykit.company with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The Razorpay payment ID or order ID
  • The reason for your refund request

We respond to all billing requests within 2 business days.
