These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ApplyKit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use ApplyKit.
2. Acceptable Usage
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Do not use ApplyKit to misrepresent qualifications or deceive employers.
3. Subscription Terms
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (₹199) or yearly (₹1499) through Razorpay. Subscriptions activate immediately upon successful payment and remain active for the billing period.
4. Premium Feature Access
Free accounts can build ATS-friendly resumes, download as PDF/DOCX, and use AI tailoring one time. Pro accounts unlock unlimited AI tailoring, ATS score, missing keyword analysis, and unlimited resume optimization.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the resume content you create. ApplyKit and its software, branding, UI, and AI prompt design remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
ApplyKit is provided "as is". We do not guarantee interview calls, job offers, or specific ATS outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 3 months.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. Unused premium time during prolonged outages may be credited at our discretion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
